Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective online learning content, including e-learning modules, video scripts, assessments, job aids, and other multimedia resources.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, clarify learning objectives, and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to create learner-centric experiences.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to produce polished and professional online courses.
- Conduct thorough content reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
- Manage multiple development projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project scope.
- Integrate and configure learning content within various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and adult education.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content development for online training or e-learning.
- Proven proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and blended learning approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content (graphics, video, audio) for learning purposes.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment and management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards.
- Experience developing training for technical or IT-related subjects.
