Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) in accordance with company policies, community guidelines, and legal standards.
- Make timely and accurate decisions on content, applying appropriate moderation actions such as approval, rejection, or escalation.
- Identify and analyze trends in content violations and provide feedback to improve moderation policies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy, legal, and product development, to address emerging content challenges.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content review while meeting performance targets.
- Document and report complex or sensitive moderation cases for further review.
- Stay informed on current events, cultural sensitivities, and platform trends that may impact content moderation.
- Participate in training and calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of moderation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or a related field.
- Proven ability to make quick, accurate, and consistent judgments on complex content issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive content.
- Proficiency in using content moderation tools and platforms.
