Key Responsibilities
- Review user-generated content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and terms of service.
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive content issues to senior moderators or legal teams.
- Apply content policies consistently and accurately across various content types and user scenarios.
- Utilize internal tools and software to process content, log decisions, and track moderation trends.
- Participate in training and calibration sessions to stay updated on evolving content policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including policy, product, and engineering, to improve safety features and tools.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive online community environment.
- Provide feedback on policy clarity, tool efficiency, and common user challenges.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive content and user data.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for content review volume and accuracy.
Required Skills
