Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) across multiple platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards.
- Accurately identify and categorize content violations, taking appropriate action such as removal, flagging, or escalation.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in content review, consistently meeting daily targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads and policy specialists to clarify guidelines and improve moderation processes.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve tools, processes, and policy documentation.
- Stay updated on evolving content trends, platform policies, and industry best practices in online safety.
- Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism, discretion, and resilience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance moderation skills and knowledge of new guidelines.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in content moderation, online safety, or a related field.
