Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate a high volume of user-generated content (UGC) across various platforms to ensure strict adherence to established community guidelines and terms of service.
- Accurately identify and take decisive action against content that violates policies, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, graphic violence, nudity, and misinformation.
- Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and efficiency in all moderation decisions, applying complex guidelines with precision and fairness.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and policy specialists to discuss challenging or ambiguous cases and contribute to ongoing guideline improvements.
- Document all moderation decisions, actions taken, and related findings thoroughly and accurately for auditing, reporting, and training purposes.
- Stay informed about evolving online trends, platform policy updates, and emerging risks to user safety and platform integrity.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to improve tools, processes, and policies within the content moderation ecosystem.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and communicative remote team environment through proactive engagement and mutual respect.

- Experience using moderation tools, ticketing systems, and content management platforms.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology.
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant asset.
