Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of video content, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production for various digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Utilize data and analytics to optimize content performance, identify trends, and inform future content creation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, design, and account management teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery and brand consistency.
  • Stay current with emerging social media trends, video techniques, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper handling of all production gear, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Ensure all content adheres to legal, ethical, and brand safety standards prior to publication.
  • Brief and manage external contractors (e.g., voice-over artists, freelance videographers) when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in video production, editing, and motion graphics using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and content best practices.
  • Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Demonstrable experience in content strategy development and performance analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, and strong collaboration skills.
