Key Responsibilities
- Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop engaging visual content strategies for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery, including motion graphics and sound design.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, talent acquisition, and client teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Stay current with social media trends, video technologies, and best practices in content creation and distribution.
- Assist in maintaining a comprehensive content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
- Adapt content styles and formats to suit different target audiences and platform requirements.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in video production (filming, editing, motion graphics).
- Proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their content requirements/algorithms.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities for short-form video and social posts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating successful video and social content projects.
