Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Content Publishing Coordinator to join our vibrant marketing team in Havendale, St. Andrew. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the content publishing calendar across all digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Format, upload, and publish various types of digital content using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of all content to ensure accuracy, grammatical correctness, brand voice consistency, and adherence to style guides.
- Implement basic SEO best practices (e.g., keyword integration, meta descriptions, image alt text) during the publishing process to optimize content visibility.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless workflow from content creation to publication.
- Monitor published content for performance, engagement, and errors, providing feedback and making necessary updates or corrections.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring all media files are properly tagged and easily accessible for content use.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Joomla, Drupal)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities with impeccable attention to detail
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices for content
- Experience with digital publishing workflows and content calendars
