Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze user-generated content (text, images, video) for adherence to established community guidelines and terms of service.
  • Identify and take appropriate action on content violations, including removal, flagging, or escalation to senior reviewers.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in applying complex content policies to diverse content types.
  • Document review decisions and actions clearly and concisely within internal systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with team leads, policy experts, and cross-functional teams to clarify guidelines and address challenging or ambiguous cases.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving content trends, platform changes, and policy updates to ensure proactive moderation.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of content review processes, tools, and training materials.
  • Participate in regular quality assurance reviews and feedback sessions to enhance performance.
