Key Responsibilities

- Identify, categorize, and escalate content violations or complex issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., legal, trust & safety).
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to content creators regarding areas for improvement and compliance.
- Contribute to the refinement and development of content review guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in content review processes, meeting daily performance targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address content-related issues and support product launches or policy updates.
- Stay informed about current trends in online content, platform policies, and digital safety standards.
- Document review decisions and actions accurately for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of guidelines.
Required Skills
