Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify various forms of content (text, images, data) against established Metrolinx guidelines, policies, and brand standards.
- Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, grammatical mistakes, factual inaccuracies, and compliance issues.
- Ensure all content adheres to accessibility standards and inclusive language principles.
- Assist in maintaining and updating content databases and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with content creators and other teams to provide constructive feedback and ensure necessary revisions are made.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on content policies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Escalate complex content issues or policy breaches to senior content specialists for resolution.
- Support the content team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content review processes and guidelines.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
