Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, website content, and other digital marketing materials for various business units within Rogers Group.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate fresh content ideas and ensure factual accuracy and credibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand content requirements, target audiences, and key messaging for various campaigns.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic, including keyword research and strategic placement.
  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and tone, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms, audiences, and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
  • Contribute to content calendars and content strategies.
  • Measure and analyze content performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English with a strong command of grammar and syntax.
  • Proven experience in writing engaging blog posts, articles, website copy, and marketing collateral.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
