Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and edit contract documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to templates and legal guidelines.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and filing all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Monitor contract expiry and renewal dates, proactively alerting relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to contract status, performance, and compliance.
- Coordinate communication between internal departments (e.g., legal, finance, project management) and external parties regarding contract matters.
- Facilitate the signature process for contracts and other official documents.
- Research and gather information necessary for contract development and administration.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
- Identify and escalate potential contractual issues or risks to senior management.
- Contribute to process improvements for contract management workflows.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 18 months)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
