Job Description
This role is pivotal to Career.zycto’s operational integrity and success. As a Contract Administrator, you will be the linchpin in managing the full lifecycle of our contractual agreements, ensuring legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting our various departments with expert advice. Working from our Münster office, you will be instrumental in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing a wide array of contracts, including client agreements, vendor partnerships, service level agreements, and internal employment contracts. Your expertise will safeguard Career.zycto’s interests, uphold our reputation for professionalism, and ensure seamless business operations. You will collaborate closely with our sales, legal, finance, and HR teams, acting as a trusted advisor on contractual matters. This involves interpreting complex legal documents, explaining terms clearly to non-legal personnel, and identifying potential areas of concern. Your day will involve everything from initial contract drafting based on templates, to tracking contract renewals, managing amendments, and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained within our systems. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and archiving.
- Review, analyze, and interpret contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Draft various types of contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and HR-related documents.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance, HR) to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and mitigate risks.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract management system, including tracking key dates, renewals, and amendments.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and advise on appropriate clauses and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying potential breaches or non-conformance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standardized contract templates and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract-related processes and policies.
- Resolve contractual disputes and issues in collaboration with the legal department.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law principles and legal terminology.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
