Key Responsibilities
- Operate a personal vehicle safely and efficiently for various transportation needs.
- Plan and execute efficient routes using navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries/pick-ups.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Handle packages, documents, or passengers with care and ensure their secure transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and recipients regarding status updates.
- Perform routine checks on personal vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified windows.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and work performed.
- Represent Career.zycto with integrity and a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C minimum)
- Clean driving record (minimal or no violations for the past 3-5 years)
- Proof of personal vehicle insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle suitable for transport duties
- Excellent navigation skills and proficiency with GPS/mapping applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (if applicable)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver, courier, or ride-share driver
- Familiarity with the Downtown, Riverside area and surrounding regions
- Access to a smartphone for navigation and communication
