In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing user interfaces and experiences across websites, landing pages, and other digital assets. As a Contract Web Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing, development, and project management teams to bring digital visions to life. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, user-friendly, and responsive web pages and digital assets (e.g., websites, landing pages, banners) for both Career.zycto and its clients.
- Translate user requirements, business goals, and technical specifications into compelling UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices for web usability and SEO.
- Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing clear design specifications and assets.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and industry standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback constructively.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, responsive design, and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript principles for effective collaboration with developers.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
