Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, following recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  • Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and portion control.
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to the Head Chef.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
  • Handle special dietary requests and allergies with care and precision.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
  • Receive and store food supplies appropriately to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment.
