Job Description

Are you a meticulous, detail-oriented professional with a passion for upholding ethical standards and regulatory integrity? This is a unique opportunity for an organized individual to contribute significantly to our continued success while enjoying the benefits of flexible working hours, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

In this pivotal hybrid role, you will be instrumental in supporting our legal and executive teams by ensuring all company operations, projects, and marketing initiatives adhere strictly to local, provincial, and national regulations, as well as internal policies. The luxury real estate sector is ever-evolving, and staying ahead of complex compliance requirements is paramount to protecting our reputation and driving sustainable growth. You will delve into the intricacies of real estate law, financial regulations, marketing guidelines, consumer protection acts, and data privacy legislation, transforming intricate legal jargon into actionable insights for various departments across the company.

Your daily tasks will involve a dynamic blend of research, meticulous documentation, inter-departmental communication, and crucial administrative support. From assisting in the preparation of regulatory filings and maintaining comprehensive compliance records to conducting internal audits, tracking policy updates, and helping develop engaging training materials for staff, your contributions will directly safeguard Magnum Projects’ integrity and operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive individual who can not only identify potential risks and gaps in compliance but also propose effective, practical solutions, thereby fostering a robust culture of compliance throughout the organization.

The ‘flexible hours’ component means we trust you to manage your workload effectively and contribute during your most productive periods, adapting to business needs while enjoying a degree of autonomy rarely found in corporate roles. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive yet autonomous environment, ready to grow their expertise in corporate governance and regulatory adherence within a fast-paced, high-stakes industry. Join us and be a cornerstone in maintaining the operational excellence and unwavering trustworthiness that our clients and partners expect from a leader like Magnum Projects.
