Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and professional Corporate Driver to join our dedicated team in Ilupeju, Lagos. This is an immediate hire opportunity for an individual committed to delivering exceptional transportation services with utmost safety and efficiency. As a Corporate Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our executives and personnel, providing safe and timely transportation for business-related activities, meetings, and events across Lagos.
You will be responsible for maintaining our company vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring they are always clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition. This involves conducting routine checks, scheduling necessary servicing, and promptly reporting any mechanical issues. Your comprehensive knowledge of Lagos road networks, traffic patterns, and alternative routes will be essential in navigating the city efficiently, ensuring punctuality for all assigned trips. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, staff, and visitors to designated locations within Lagos and occasionally beyond, adhering strictly to schedules.
- Perform daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal working condition (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of company vehicles, both interior and exterior, at all times.
- Proactively plan routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, and alternative paths to ensure punctuality and efficient travel.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and other related expenses.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety policies, promoting a safe driving culture.
- Assist passengers with luggage, parcels, and other items as needed, demonstrating helpfulness and professionalism.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents promptly and accurately to management.
- Manage and maintain vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and service records.
- Demonstrate discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding all business-related conversations and activities during transportation.
- Be flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to accommodate business needs.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver’s License (Class E or G preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional corporate driving experience in Lagos
- Excellent knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic laws
- Proven track record of safe driving and accident-free history
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Punctuality and reliability
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

- Defensive driving certification
- Experience with luxury or executive vehicle models
