Concentrix Mauritius is seeking a dedicated Corporate & Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team in Port Louis. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the skills and knowledge of our diverse workforce, from new hires to seasoned professionals. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs that cover both essential corporate skills – such as communication, customer service excellence, leadership fundamentals, and cultural alignment – and critical technical proficiencies required for our cutting-edge CX solutions and operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update comprehensive training modules and materials for both corporate soft skills and technical systems/applications.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to diverse groups of employees.
- Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary for continuous improvement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in adult learning methodologies and incorporate them into training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of technical training.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by delivering foundational training.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English and French.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and translate them into easily understandable training content.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Training & Assessment (e.g., CTP, CPTD) or relevant instructional design.
- Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Contact Center industry.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
- Familiarity with various e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Prior experience training on CRM software, specific technical tools, or customer service platforms.
