Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars using various online platforms and tools.
  • Facilitate interactive learning experiences, encouraging participant engagement and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify specific training requirements and objectives for different organizations.
  • Create compelling training materials, including presentations, participant guides, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback to participants to support their professional development.
  • Stay current with industry trends, adult learning principles, and new technologies in corporate training and development.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
