Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer our Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, course creation, content deployment, and report generation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to trainers and participants for various training platforms and virtual classroom tools.
  • Assist in the creation, organization, and distribution of training materials, documentation, and resources.
  • Monitor training program effectiveness, gather feedback, and generate reports on key metrics such as completion rates, engagement, and participant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training content is accurately uploaded, updated, and accessible.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Research and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the virtual learning experience.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols related to training data.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in LMS administration (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Saba Cloud).
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software and platform issues effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for supporting diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.

Preferred Qualifications
