Your day-to-day will involve assisting with the careful loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, meticulously organizing packages for optimized route efficiency, and navigating various delivery routes alongside your assigned courier. Key Responsibilities
- Assist couriers with loading and unloading packages and documents from delivery vehicles.
- Organize packages in the vehicle for efficient delivery routes.
- Accompany couriers on delivery routes and assist with navigation and customer interaction.
- Verify package information against delivery manifests.
- Help ensure the safe and secure handling of all shipments.
- Obtain recipient signatures upon delivery.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles as required.
Required Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages (up to 25 kg).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
