Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a company van for the delivery and collection of parcels and goods across Essen and surrounding areas.
- Adhere strictly to assigned delivery schedules and routes, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Conduct daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Load and unload the van carefully, ensuring packages are secured and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and mileage using handheld devices or manual logs.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions, addressing inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
