Key Responsibilities
- Execute timely and safe delivery of packages to various destinations across London.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using company-provided navigation tools.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the company vehicle.
- Ensure the security and integrity of all packages during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing Career.zycto professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding any delivery issues or delays.
Required Skills
- Valid UK Driving License (Category B minimum) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a courier or delivery driver in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of London's road network and navigation skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 25kg).
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible.
- Proficiency in using GPS devices and mobile applications.
Preferred Qualifications
