In this vital role, you will be instrumental in supporting the development, editing, and maintenance of our online course materials. You’ll work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and content creators to ensure all educational resources are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our pedagogical standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist instructional designers in researching, curating, and organizing content for new and existing online courses.
  • Review and edit course materials (text, multimedia, assessments) for clarity, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guides.
  • Format and upload course content into our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring proper tagging and functionality.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and clarify content details.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on published courses to identify and report any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain organized content repositories and documentation for all course development projects.
  • Support the creation of supplementary learning materials, such as handouts, guides, and presentation slides.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic understanding of educational content development principles.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, English, or a related field.
