Key Responsibilities
- Assist instructional designers in researching, curating, and organizing content for new and existing online courses.
- Review and edit course materials (text, multimedia, assessments) for clarity, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to style guides.
- Format and upload course content into our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring proper tagging and functionality.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather necessary information and clarify content details.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on published courses to identify and report any errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain organized content repositories and documentation for all course development projects.
- Support the creation of supplementary learning materials, such as handouts, guides, and presentation slides.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
