Career.zycto is on the lookout for a passionate and meticulous Course Content Assistant to join our dynamic team in Al Uraibi, Ras Al Khaimah. You will be instrumental in transforming complex information into accessible and digestible learning modules, ranging from text-based lessons to interactive quizzes and video scripts. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist instructional designers and subject matter experts in developing, structuring, and organizing course content.

  • Draft, edit, and proofread course content, including lessons, assignments, quizzes, and multimedia scripts, ensuring clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, learner-centric, and meets specified learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design and multimedia teams to integrate text with visuals, audio, and video elements effectively.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on completed course modules before deployment.
  • Manage and maintain content libraries and version control for all course materials.
  • Incorporate feedback from reviews and pilot tests to refine and improve course content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in e-learning and content development best practices.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, editing, or academic writing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to conduct effective research and synthesize information from various sources.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
