Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Efficiently manage the flow of players on the crazy golf course, ensuring smooth operations.
- Process payments and manage bookings accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide clear instructions on game rules and ensure all safety guidelines are followed by players.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the crazy golf course and surrounding areas.
- Regularly inspect and clean golf clubs, balls, and other equipment, reporting any damage.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide assistance with a positive attitude.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and assist with reordering when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the venue, including cash reconciliation.
- Promote a positive and energetic atmosphere for all visitors, enhancing their experience.
