Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and develop engaging interactive experiences, digital installations, and prototypes across various platforms.
- Translate abstract creative concepts into tangible, functional design specifications and interactive mock-ups.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of creative and technical elements.
- Research and experiment with emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Create detailed design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
- Participate in user research, testing, and feedback sessions to inform design iterations and improvements.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and best practices for user experience.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating your vision.
- Maintain a high level of design quality and technical execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) and Figma/Sketch.
- Strong understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for prototyping and interactive development.
- Demonstrable experience with 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Unity, Unreal Engine) is highly advantageous.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative interactive projects, digital installations, or creative tech solutions.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
