Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) including user setup, roles, profiles, and security settings.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide front-line support to CRM users, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver training on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop, configure, and customize CRM modules, reports, dashboards, workflows, and validation rules to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and system efficiency.
  • Manage system integrations with other business applications and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Document CRM processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Stay informed about new CRM features, releases, and industry best practices to recommend strategic improvements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a CRM Administrator, preferably with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or Zoho CRM.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and business processes.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation within a CRM platform.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
