Job Description
Adnet Communications is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Part-Time CRM Data Entry Specialist to join our vibrant team in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. This crucial role will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all client and prospect data is current, complete, and readily accessible. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client, prospect, and vendor information into our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Perform regular data audits and clean-up to ensure data integrity, identify duplicates, and correct inaccuracies.
- Categorize and tag data points efficiently for improved searchability and reporting.
- Assist in the migration of data from various sources into the CRM as needed.
- Generate basic reports from the CRM to support sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client and company data.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand data needs and ensure system utilization best practices.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to data entry processes and CRM usage.
- Provide administrative support related to data management as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) or similar database systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
