Key Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM data to identify customer segments, behaviors, and trends, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop, implement, and optimize targeted CRM marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, in-app notifications, etc.).
- Monitor, track, and report on CRM campaign performance, providing clear recommendations for continuous improvement and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience.
- Maintain data integrity within the CRM system and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key CRM metrics and communicate performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed of industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM and marketing automation.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of customer lifecycle journeys.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM analytics) to understand user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a CRM Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar data-focused marketing role.
- Proficiency with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Oracle Eloqua).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
