Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in comprehensive training sessions covering CRM software functionalities, modules, and industry best practices.
  • Assist diligently with accurate and timely data entry, ensuring the integrity, completeness, and quality of customer information within the CRM system.
  • Learn to extract, organize, and generate basic reports and dashboards to support internal decision-making processes and performance monitoring.
  • Provide first-level technical support to internal users, troubleshooting minor CRM-related issues and escalating complex problems to senior specialists.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of CRM processes, create user guides, and develop frequently asked questions (FAQs) for enhanced internal knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate closely with senior CRM specialists to gain a deeper understanding of system configurations, data flow, and customization options.
  • Contribute to the proactive identification of potential data discrepancies, duplicate records, and propose effective solutions for data clean-up and optimization.
  • Perform routine system checks, audits, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure optimal CRM system performance and data accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Completed high school education or equivalent qualification.
