Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for all CRM system users, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Perform routine CRM system administration tasks including user management, security profiles, data clean-up, and customization.
- Monitor CRM system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure optimal operation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for CRM processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in the testing and deployment of CRM system upgrades, patches, and new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for system enhancements and implement configurations.
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to maximize user adoption and proficiency.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in CRM system administration and support (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
