Key Responsibilities
- Carefully harvest a variety of crops by hand or using appropriate tools, following specific guidelines for each crop type.
- Inspect harvested produce for quality, sorting and discarding damaged or substandard items.
- Package and prepare crops for transportation, ensuring proper handling to prevent spoilage.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Adhere strictly to all farm safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily harvesting targets.
