Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully harvest a variety of crops by hand or using appropriate tools, following specific guidelines for each crop type.
  • Inspect harvested produce for quality, sorting and discarding damaged or substandard items.
  • Package and prepare crops for transportation, ensuring proper handling to prevent spoilage.
  • Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Adhere strictly to all farm safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily harvesting targets.
  • Report any issues or concerns regarding crop health or equipment to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the fields.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and tasks as required by crop cycles and weather conditions.
