Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in harvesting activities, ensuring crops are collected and handled with care to maintain quality.
  • Help prepare growing areas, including soil amendment, bed preparation, and cover cropping.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
  • Accurately record daily activities, observations, and relevant data as required by supervisors.
