Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Cruise Director in the daily planning and execution of all onboard activities and entertainment programs.
  • Act as a host for various events, games, and social gatherings, engaging actively with guests.
  • Provide information, guidance, and assistance to guests, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Support the preparation of daily programs, announcements, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with different departments (e.g., entertainment, food & beverage) to ensure smooth event flow.
  • Participate in embarkation and disembarkation procedures, welcoming and bidding farewell to guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating as necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment for all passengers and crew.
