Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and lead a variety of onboard activities and entertainment programs for guests of all ages.
  • Actively engage with guests, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout the ship.
  • Participate in daily activities, themed events, deck parties, and evening shows as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering guest inquiries and resolving minor issues with professionalism.
  • Assist with the execution of shore excursions and port information sessions.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the cruise line, maintaining a positive image and upholding company standards.
  • Collaborate with an international team to ensure smooth operation of daily activities and events.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations onboard the vessel.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
