Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with guests, providing exceptional service and answering inquiries about ship activities, facilities, and port destinations.
- Facilitate and host a wide range of onboard recreational and entertainment activities, including games, quizzes, theme nights, and social events.
- Assist guests with embarkation, disembarkation, general travel information, and special requests to ensure a smooth journey.
- Promote and provide detailed information about shore excursions, helping guests choose activities that best suit their interests.
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently, striving for prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in mandatory safety drills and emergency procedures, guiding guests and ensuring their safety and compliance.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all passengers.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, including dining, entertainment, housekeeping, and medical, to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of daily programs, newsletters, and other informational materials for guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of company policies, health and safety regulations, and immaculate personal presentation.

- Knowledge of multiple languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian).
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
