Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service and assistance to all cruise guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with the registration and debarkation processes, ensuring smooth transitions for guests.
- Promote, explain, and facilitate onboard activities, events, and shore excursions.
- Manage reservations and bookings for various onboard services and travel arrangements.
- Distribute information, answer questions about ports of call, and provide travel advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all ship facilities, services, and daily itineraries.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance the overall experience.
- Actively participate in safety drills and emergency procedures as required.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite).
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Availability to commit to contract lengths typically ranging from 6-9 months.
