Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive curricula for various professional development programs.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and audience analysis to inform content strategy and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure alignment with learning goals.
- Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning materials.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in curriculum design, instructional design, or educational content development.
- Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Proficiency in learning design software and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
