Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Career.zycto's products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
