Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and work diligently to find effective and satisfactory resolutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, sales) to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless problem-solving.
- Educate customers on product features, services, and company policies.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues or feedback to help improve products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, patience, and politeness during all customer interactions.
- Adhere to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and resolution quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (B2 level or higher).
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- High level of empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

- Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer support platforms.
