Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate department or individual promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents as needed.
  • Answer questions and provide information to visitors and callers regarding company services and directions.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic IT support queries and escalate as required.
  • Ensure compliance with office security procedures by managing visitor logs and access controls.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
