Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Email Support Specialist to join our thriving team in Trans-Amadi, Port Harcourt. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries through clear, concise, and professional email correspondence. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to a high volume of customer email inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, sales, product) to escalate complex issues and facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and best practices to maximize their experience.
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to help improve overall service and product offerings.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously update knowledge on company products, services, and customer support best practices.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience using Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support platforms.
  • Ability to speak multiple local languages is a plus.
