Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute feedback to enhance processes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer service approach.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
