As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be instrumental in resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and courteously via chat and phone calls.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and build rapport.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Experience with remote work tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in additional Nigerian languages.
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment.
