Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking empathetic and driven Customer Experience Agents to join our fully remote team, specializing in chat and call support. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across various digital and voice channels. As a Remote CSR, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat, email, and phone calls, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 6 months) in a customer service or call center role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a conducive home office environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote customer service role.
  • Familiarity with various chat support platforms.
  • Experience in the tech support or e-commerce industry.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g., Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba) are a plus.
