Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing accurate and comprehensive solutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, sales) to resolve complex issues.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company procedures.
