Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently via chat and phone calls.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional, friendly, and helpful service.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process enhancements.
- Adhere to company guidelines and quality standards for all customer interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Manage time effectively to meet daily performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) in a remote setting.
